The C5092 is a dedicated cyclic bending test apparatus engineered for multi-conductor cables, communication cables, earphone cables, and comparable flexible cable products. It evaluates cable durability and conductivity after repeated flexing, making it a reliable instrument for automotive cable quality verification.

The testing method is straightforward and repeatable: one end of the cable is short-circuit connected and fixed to the rotation plate, specified weights are applied to the cable, and the plate performs left and right rotations. After the designated number of rotation cycles, cable conductivity is measured to assess overall cable quality.
