2 Station Electronic Products Roller Drop Tester

Application:

This Tumble tester is used for continuous rolling random drop test inside the 0.5m or 1m height barrels for electronic products or the parts like the connectors, plugs ETC.

Features:

• Test samples should drop to the smooth, hard and firm test surface made of 3mm thick steel place cushioned with 15mm thick wood board.
• It is required to adopt aluminum alloy sections for frame and door handle, stable and unswayed; the door handle made of sectons are smooth, and hinges are in the color as same as that of the frame, with good preformance and safety.
• Safety door design: the roller will stop running when opening the safety door, and run when closing the safety door.
• The roller is made of solid wood, with caking varnish surface treatment, in milk white; the machine body and roller surface are pasted with safety signs. Each roller is provided with a transparent window with cober, fixed by hinges, of buckle type device with lock; it can be open and close at will, while the glass window cannot be opened at will during rolling.
• The treatment of control console and surrounding area is as same as that of roller surface, for which milk white aluminum-plastic panel is adopted.
• The control panel is provided with emergency stop button Variable-frequency and variable-speed motor is adopted to control the state of motion to ensure stopping in optional position.
• Test is at the rate of 5-20 times / min ,and can be suspended in any drop to confirm the damages.
• Test height of roller is 500mm or 1000mm
• Adopt touchscreen for controlling: test times and test speed can be set, with the power-off memory function, automatically stopping when reaching the set times.
